Step 1 - Interview with management and manager to :
Understanding the context
Understanding the intention of the team or manager
Define objectives and indicators of success
Finalise and propose the intervention strategy in a coaching contract
Step 2 - Preparatory interviews with team members to :
Identify the dominant energy of the team and validate the assumptions and intuitions shared by the manager
Adapt the coaching programme, if necessary, by gathering the needs of the participants
Pre-mobilise participants who must feel committed to successful coaching
Identify individual work patterns, as individual dynamics do not always represent team dynamics
Start to get to know each participant and build trust for the sessions
Step 3 - Group coaching sessions, according to the defined strategy
